Indian Cooking Workshops

Saturday, October 29th, 2016

Have you been thinking of booking a cooking a workshop with me and didn’t know what to expect?

A workshop is an ideal and affordable way to learn some tricks in the Indian Kitchen, the classes are small and friendly and are ideal for learning spicing techniques.  It’s perfect as gifts for keen foodies to learn additional skills, I can send vouchers to you, with or without dates.

My style is very hands on, where you learn practical skills to cook your favourite dishes. There’s usually a demo where you can taste, watch, have a drink, learn to spice and the recipes are included so you can continue your cooking journey at home.

For the evening workshops, the cost is £65 pp – we will cook a curry and chapattis, I will demo the rice for you.

For the Saturday workshops, we cook starters, curry, rice, chapattis and a special spicing demo will be included with a light lunch will be provided for the Saturday workshop.

The class size is small, it’s helpful to know about allergies when booking, I will try to include your favourite dishes when planning the recipes, please ask and I will try my best.

For all my workshops, you can help yourselves to tea and coffee and I provide all the disposables for you to take away the dishes you have cooked to share with your loved ones at home.

Workshops are usually held at Little Wenlock Village Hall in Shropshire, a beautiful kitchen and views but I am afraid there won’t be any time to admire the scenery, we will be too busy cooking!
