Yule Adore a little Spice This Christmas – Day six

Wednesday, December 6th, 2017

Today has been a super busy day, the best kind of day you can have.

I took a taster menu to a corporate client group for guests to try, a brilliant way to showcase my business.

The menu I cooked was lamb kebabs, tandoori chicken, my special salad, served with popadoms, sev noodles, beetroot raita, chilli sauce and a tamarind sauce.

There was alloo parathas (potato stuffed flatbread), spicy daal and onion bhajes too.20150707_204045

All the above recipes, except tandoori chicken, can be found on my website, where I have indexed the recipes for various diets.  Here’s the link, especially for you:  /recipes/

Back to the recipe for the tandoori chicken, it can be found on the sachet spice of tandoori chicken so if you would like to try my easy-peasy recipe, here’s my shop:

Hope your day has been as productive and spicy as mine and thanks for reading today’s post.
