Here’s a little chart you could print, cut out and stick to your fridge.

A handy little reminder of where and when you would use which spice mix.

All my spice mixes are handmade, by me in my home kitchen.

The art of spicing cannot be compromised and I always knew it would be unreasonable for me to expect my clients to learn to make garam masala, let alone the other mixes I make. The obvious solution was to have a range of spices that I roast, prepare, grind and pack, just for you.

This Christmas my spices are guaranteed to make your dishes dance for you.
