It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in my home.
We have put the tree up, even managed to tidy up after ourselves.
I was teaching on Friday and yesterday was an admin day before I had a lovely evening out watching an Abba tribute act.
It feels just like Christmas we always have a mince pie, mulled wine and some chocolates when the tree is finally up and all the boxes have been put away.
There’s still plenty of work to do before I can put my feet with a lesson tomorrow and a big party to cook for on Saturday.
One of the Indian traditional recipes I always make around Christmas is this spiced, baked lamb. It’s so simple to make, the marinade and roasting does all the work and you can sit back and watch a Christmas classic. Here’s the link, just for you.

Lots of planning for the busy week ahead and if you have any questions on spicing or Christmas planning, please ask.
