Merry Christmas to each of you that have cooked with me, used my spices, supported and guided me and just been the greatest friends and family I could ask for.
Enjoy the day, remember to rest your turkey and a little spice added to everyday food is amazing!
Here’s a chocolate meringue dessert created by my friend Chris Burt, with a little love sprinkled all over it with my garam masala.
