Yule Adore a little Spice This Christmas – Day Nineteen

Tuesday, December 19th, 2017

Last night I delivered my last cooking lesson for 2017 and what a year it has been!  Always learning from my fabulous clients and I must admit, we cooked a delicious meal together, lovely way to end 2017, thank you to all of you that support me!

Feedback was great but I was told I need to be more forceful and not so nice so here’s to me being tougher next year.

Here are some of last night’s photos and Harry, he was my little star Naan maker of the year.  He was absolutely fantastic, the naans were all even, the dough was made well, cooked and rolled perfectly, so, so proud of you Harry.

Fancy making naans like Harry?  Here’s the recipe and if you don’t have milk, replace 50ml of water with milk, that’s what we did last night!  /recipe/home-made-easy-naans/

If you are still reading this, please send me a message and I will do a random prize draw and send a curry masala spice sachet to five of you who get in touch today.  So, please email me to say hello, or send me a photo of your favourite dish, it would be so nice to hear from you, so please email me on hello@lajinamasala.com or share my post on facebook, twitter, instagram or even linkedin.  Thank you!

Sachets will be posted out on the 20th December and my decision will be final.

Good luck and happy Christmas 🙂
