Tip of the day..I'm my own little food saving hero here and like to use fresh ingredients, looking after them to save waste and the environment. To keep coriander fresh, snip the ends and rinse your coriander in cool, fresh water, once you removed any old stems or leaves, allow to drain and place in a Tupperware box, lined with kitchen paper and place it in the fridge. The coriander will remain fresh for a couple of weeks in the fridge, every so often, check and replace the paper, removing any tired leaves.I chop the coriander as I need it.If it tastes like soap, I'#curryy#spicesr#coriander##freshkitchene#healthylifestyley#behindthescenesd#teambuildingambuilding See MoreSee Less

Busy here with admin and planning classes.Did you know when teaching Indian cooking, there's so much admin, paperwork and more forms to fill before the recipes are even planned? I'm taking a mini-break to catch up with my favourite people but here's a little tip to support all your curry making activities as the weather cools down. The only Curry Making tip you really need is patience to make acurry base look "jammy" and golden. The tip is to take your time frying onions and add a splash of water if the pan dries out. Not sure you can do this? Join me for a workshop or join curry clu to really understand how to make the most fragrant and beautiful curries… and all their sides.Top tip is, patience a little love and to take your time!#curry #PeacefulHome #spices #learntocook #CorporateTeambuilding #family #healthylifestyle See MoreSee Less
