Over the last 20 years I have been perfecting my spices, as to me, spicing is everything. They are lovingly prepared, roasted, and ground to perfection and once you’ve tried them, you’ll agree there’s no going back to dusty supermarket brands.

With all my spice mixes being low in salt, sugar, fat, gluten-free and free of allergens (they have been lab-tested) you can cater for all your family needs and adapt my recipes.

Your monthly recipes can be vegan or vegetarian and be adapted for meat eaters or vice versa.

I’ll share tips with you to make breads, even gluten free ones, meaty mains, vegan side dishes and vegetarian meals so everyone is catered for.

How Lajina’s Curry Club works

Every month you can join me for a virtual cook-along where – step by step – we will prepare the spices and cook together – answering any questions you may have. I believe cooking with others brings so much enjoyment and creates an occasion to look forward to. Whether you cook-along with me or you cook with your whole family, you will just love the results!

Ahead of every session, you will have my freshly prepared spice blends along with a quick and easy (virtual) e-recipe for you to follow. I will also include some hints and tips for you to experiment with your own cooking.
