Corporate Clients - Spice up your life with Lajina MasalaSpice up your life with Lajina Masala

Corporate Clients

Lajina gives your members the skills, knowledge and confidence to prepare, cook and then eat authentic Indian food in an informal, hands on, fun style.

It’s an interactive event where the participants learn new skills in the Indian Kitchen, as well as experience the need for organisational skills, timekeeping, logistics management and communication skills.

No skills are required, and the dishes on the day are tailored to suit your groups tastes.

At the end of the session you will sit down to eat what you have prepared over… maybe… a glass of wine or two and enjoy the spoils of your labour.

Requirement Details

Once a team building event is booked, Lajina provides all ingredients, recipes, specialist kit and organises the cooking classroom.

Lajina is happy to travel outside of Shropshire if the client can provide a cookery classroom that has the equipment required, otherwise a group numbering between 4 and18 can be catered for at one of several venues in Shropshire.

Superb meeting facilities and hotel accommodation can be found very close to the venues.

Biography

Lajina had a Corporate Career as an Accountant for many years and whilst discussing an impending redundancy in an Indian restaurant with her friends, they persuaded her to set up an Indian Cooking School.

The fun started in October 2013 and the business has grown from strength to strength.

Her joy at sharing her knowledge is evident from the outset and everyone leaves with a “doggy bag” of goodies and spices to take home in addition to the group meal.
